One Sunday afternoon, our staff noticed a thin dog eating roadkill on the road outside our resort. The staff took action and brought him inside for a warm bath, a good meal, and some love. It was quickly realized that this pup had a microchip so we worked with our local Humane Society to locate the owner. After two weeks, we decided we were unable to reunite this boy with his family, so we took over his care.

Currently undergoing veterinary care and getting the proper nutrition in order, this sweet boy has already bonded with our staff. He enjoys the comfort amenities we have given him, belly rubs, and is very accepting to all the love we can give. We have no doubt this boy will make a great family member once he is back to 100%!

Hank was found wandering the street near our resort. One of our clients was able to keep him safe until we could get him inside the building. We then found out a small part of Hank’s story, which included most of his days being spent on a chain, and we knew we needed to show him the love he deserved! Hank spends his days playing with our Daycare guests, and any other pet who is approved for socialization! Hank loves making friends, both human and canine, and is one of the sweetest boys you will ever meet!

Jesse had a loving home, but something went wrong. The owner took Jesse to a local veterinary clinic to have him euthanized at only 1 year old. The veterinarian did not want to euthanize such a young, healthy pup, so the veterinary clinic staff reached out to us! Jesse has been with us for several months, has recently opened up to other dogs and enjoys being loved!

Bonnie was found wandering in the Baileyton area, along with her brother Clyde. Animal Control picked them up and then contacted us for help!
Bonnie was adopted by our resort the day after we picked up Clyde. She was very sad to see him leave, and we could not stand to separate them!
Bonnie is a very energetic, playful girl who is full of life & love!

The officers at Animal Control, who have become friends over the years, called Robin to help this sweet boy. He was in need of a major veterinary intervention.
After several weeks of medication, medicated baths, and lots of love, Clyde began to heal and show us all the love he had to give. He is attached to his sister, Bonnie, and loves to run wide-open outside, then cuddle up for a nap.

Andie was one of our Boarding Pets early on. After a medical diagnosis for her original owner, we stepped in to help! Andie has been at our resort for the past few months and she is a staff favorite! Amber was a Boarding guest at our resort, after being found by one of our clients. After we fell in love with her during her stay, the owner asked if we’d be willing to help find this baby a home!
Amber has formed a special bond with Andie, another one of our rescues, and continues to thrive and play with our Daycare guests and other canine guests who are approved for socialization! Amber is still a baby, a quick learner, and has so much love to give!

Due to his owner losing their home, Tank found himself at Animal Control, along with his sister, Dixie. Because the Animal Control officers know Robin has a special spot in her heart for any of the pittie breeds, they called her for help! After a few baths, a trip to the vet for basic care, and a whole lot of love, Tank was ready to make lots of friends!
He has stolen the hearts of all our staff, and any of our visitors who have met him. Tank is a little unsure of other canine friends, but he is working on opening his heart!

The officers at Animal Control asked Robin to step in and help Dixie in her time of need. She was very scared in Animal Control, and she seemed very confused as to how she ended up there. Once we got her cleaned up at our resort and back in a large run with her brother, Tank, we began to see Dixie’s true personality come out. This sweet girl has so much love to give! She has bonded with our staff, made friends with some of our other rescues and Daycare guests, and is ready to steal someone’s heart!

Ellie is one of our newer rescues at the resort! She came to us through a local veterinary clinic who we work closely with. Ellie had a rough start to life, was very thin & undernourished, and the local vet staff worked hard to earn her trust and get her healthy!
Now that she is with us, Ellie is thriving! She loves making new friends, both human and canine, and she spends her days playing with our other rescues & Daycare guests! Although she is much healthier than when we first took her in, Ellie is still under veterinary care and not yet available for adoption.

Aslan has been a regular at our resort since he was young! We have enjoyed having him for baths, daycare, and boarding often! Recently, unfortunately, his owners were unable to care for him (and his housemate, Aurora) and relinquished them to Animal Control. As soon as our staff became aware of this situation, we jumped to action!

Once we got both Aslan & Aurora back to our resort, and some surroundings they know, they got their bellies full & they have been playing nonstop!

Aslan is a goofy, happy, playful boy! He loves attention, making new friends, and being with his sister!
